What exactly do I get each month?
You’ll receive a personalised monthly marketing pack created specifically for your business.
The current working package includes social media posts, branded graphics, Google Business Profile content, promotional ideas, review and referral campaigns, email/newsletter content, short-form video ideas and a simple posting calendar.
Is the content really created for my business, or is it just generic templates?
The aim is for your marketing to be built around your actual business, services, location, customers, offers, tone of voice, photographs and current priorities.
The key difference is that you receive content already created for your business rather than a library of generic templates for you to customise yourself.
How much information do I need to provide?
When you first join, you’ll complete a detailed business profile covering things such as your services, location, ideal customers, brand style, offers, strengths and marketing goals.
After that, the monthly update should be much shorter.
What if I don’t have anything new to promote this month?
That’s fine. Your permanent business profile is designed to give Locals2You enough information to create useful evergreen marketing even when you don’t have a special offer, event or announcement.
Can you use my own logo, colours and photographs?
Yes. Customers can provide logos, photographs and other brand assets, and the intention is to use your own material wherever possible so the marketing feels like your business rather than generic stock content.
Do I need to understand AI, Canva or marketing software?
No. The service is intended to keep the technology behind the scenes.
You provide the business information; Locals2You handles the content creation process and delivers finished marketing for you to use.
Will you automatically post everything to my social media accounts?
Not initially. The current model is focused on creating and delivering the marketing to you.
Automatic posting may become an optional service later, ideally with an approval stage before anything is published.
How will I receive my monthly marketing pack? I
Initially, the simplest delivery method may be an email notification with access to a private folder containing your marketing.
A full customer portal is planned as the service develops.
Can I see what the service produces before I subscribe?
The current plan includes a free personalised sample so potential customers can see examples of marketing created specifically for their business before committing.
The proposed sample could include social posts, graphics, a Google Business Profile post and a promotional idea.
How much does Locals2You cost?
Our current packages and pricing are shown in the pricing section of our website, where you can see exactly what’s included and choose the option that best suits your business.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Locals2You subscription at any time by sending us a support ticket or emailing our support team.
Your subscription will then end in line with your current billing period. Please note that payments already made are non-refundable.
